Sound Bath Sessions

This 2-hour workshop is designed to give you an explanation and experience of the Himalayan sound bowls. You will discover the Vedic explanation of the Chakras and Koshas, as well as a deeper understanding of the bowls and their relationship with your subtle energy centres. The final section of this workshop is designed for you to have direct experience of the ancient sound combinations, for balance, harmony and a sense of wellbeing.

The classes are small (4 - 7 people) so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Designed to suit your unique personal needs, this
session will use various techniques and approaches to create your own soundscape. Bowls will be placed around your body at specific points as well as having bowls places on your body to connect directly with the vibration and frequencies of the bowls.

This session is designed to for couples, friends, mother & daughter, father & son, or any two people who wish to connect on a deeper level. Similar to a personal session but with an emphasis of connection between the two participants.

This session is designed for small groups who wish to experience the sound bath in the company of their friends and/or colleges. It is a great way to experience a soundscape in the company of others.

A large group soundbath at a venue near you! 90 minute session at your yoga studio or wellness center or even village hall. Price determined on venue cost and travel. Contact me for details if you are interested in hosting a soundbath event.
